We read every message and aim to reply within 2–3 business days. For urgent corrections (e.g., misleading pricing, broken affiliate link, factual error in a comparison or visa-data record), we usually respond same-day.
What to Email About
Corrections
Spotted a price that's gone up since we last verified, an audit date that's wrong, a feature claim that no longer matches the product, or a visa-data record that contradicts the current embassy page? Tell us. Please include:
- The URL of the page where you saw it
- The specific claim that's incorrect
- A source where the correct information lives (the merchant's pricing page, an audit report, the embassy's official site, etc.)
We fix verifiable errors quickly and add a "corrected on [date]" footnote to the page. We don't accept "I disagree with the verdict" as a correction request — verdicts are editorial judgements; if you want us to reconsider one, send the case for the alternative ranking and we'll evaluate it on the next quarterly review.
Partnership Inquiries
If you're a SaaS company that wants to be included in a comparison we don't yet cover (or thinks our existing comparison should add a tier or sub-page), email us. We'll evaluate based on:
- Whether the category fits our existing scope (VPN, hosting, email marketing, password managers, AI tools)
- Whether your product has independent reviews / audits we can use as evidence
- Whether the category has enough buying-decision difficulty to warrant a comparison
We do not accept payment for inclusion in comparisons or for higher rankings. We do accept standard affiliate partnerships through public networks (Impact, CJ, ShareASale) — being an affiliate partner does not change a product's ranking, and is disclosed on every page where the link appears.
Visa-Data Submissions
WanderWise covers 199 destinations. If you have authoritative knowledge of a current visa requirement that contradicts what we've published — or if a destination has just changed its rules — send us:
- The passport-destination pair
- The current correct status (visa-free / visa-on-arrival / e-visa / ETA / visa-required) plus stay length
- A link to the embassy / ministry / official e-visa portal page that confirms it
We re-verify and update within 24–72 hours, depending on availability.
Feedback / Suggestions
Found a tool useful? Have an idea for a missing calculator, comparison, or visa-data feature? We genuinely want this feedback. TechTools365 is a small operation; what readers actually find useful shapes what we build next.
Press / Interviews
For media inquiries (especially around our methodology, the affiliate-disclosure framework, the multi-passport visa-data approach, or our verification pipeline), email with the publication name and your deadline.
Bug Reports
Email us with steps to reproduce — the page URL, what you did, what you expected to happen, and what actually happened. Screenshots help. We typically fix obvious bugs (broken affiliate link, broken table on mobile, calculator producing wrong output) within 48 hours.
What We Don't Accept
- Paid product placement. Don't email us asking to "feature" your product for a fee — we don't accept these.
- SEO link-exchange schemes. Don't email us about "guest posts" with embedded backlinks for a payment.
- Fake reviews or testimonials. We don't write reviews of products we haven't researched, even when paid.
- Hidden affiliate insertions. If you want us to add an affiliate link to your product, apply through your standard affiliate network and email us — we'll evaluate it for fit, and disclose it like any other.

TechTools365 is operated by Durga Prasad in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We don't publish a postal address publicly to avoid spam, but legitimate legal / regulatory correspondence can be sent to the email above and we will provide a forwarding address if required.
